I have a question that has not been answered here. Now what do I do?

1. I forgot my password and / or Player ID. How can I find out what it is?

Click here and provide us with your email address, player alias or Player ID. We will email your account ID and password to the email address you provided to us when you registered.

2. When I log into the game, I receive the message "Account Awaiting Credit Verification." What does this mean?

This message indicates that you have not yet funded your account with us. The CyberBingo Network is a pay-to-play game and as such requires that you fund your Player account before you are able to play for the first time. Simply log-in to the Players Area and select Fund Account. Once you have funds in your account you will be able to enter the Bingo game.

3. How much do cards cost?

Cards cost $0.25 a piece. There are 4 cards on each ticket and the maximum number of tickets that can be played in any one game is 6 (or 24 cards = $6.00).

4. How many cards must I buy for each game?

The CyberBingo Network does not have a rule as to how many cards you must play. Players have the option of playing between 1 and 24 cards, with each card worth $0.25. The CyberBingo Network has purposely set the maximum number of cards for any one game to 24 to make it fair to those players who either choose to play, or can only afford, a few cards per game.

5. Is there a minimum amount I have to deposit with The CyberBingo Network?

The CyberBingo Network currently has two methods that can be used to fund your account:

  1. Credit Card - You can choose to fund your account by credit card in $20.00, $50.00 and $100.00 increments. The CyberBingo Network currently accepts payments via its website by credit cards drawn on any VISA or MASTERCARD. The CyberBingo Network does not accept bank transfers at this time but is investigating this option. On the Bingo game console you will see your balance held with our cashier in real time so that you know at any time exactly what your balance is.
  2. Online Checking - The minimum purchase through this method is $50.00. However, The CyberBingo Network does not set a maximum amount for deposits into your account. Please keep visiting our website for updates on new methods for funding your account.

6. Can I buy cards in advance?

This feature is not currently available but we plan to offer it in the future. When it is available, it will allow you to purchase up to 24 cards for any one game, up to seven days in advance.

7. Can I keep the same cards from game to game?

Unfortunately, the answer is No. In order to make it fair for all players, both the Bingo cards and Bingo balls are drawn randomly by the software. You do, however, have the option of changing the default set of cards that come up at the start of each game as many times as you wish until you get the lucky numbers you are looking for.

8. Is there always a winner?

YES! - There is ALWAYS A WINNER!! All of our games are played to conclusion and must have a winner. All winners are shown in real time on the game screen with the winner's alias being broadcast to all players that are logged into the game at that time.

9. How do I get paid if I win?

All winnings are automatically added to your account at the start of the following game.

10. Can I keep my winnings in my account?

Yes you can. Our cashier will hold your funds in your player account so that you can have the option of continuing to play or requesting a payout. You can use these funds at any time to play Bingo. If you require any further information on your account or any information on our banking arrangements, please open a Trouble Ticket through our Help Desk facility. Our Help Desk is located in the Players Area which is accessible to all registered players.

11. How much can I win?

The CyberBingo Network is operated by Bingo players for Bingo players. We will never set a ceiling on how much can be won in any game. It depends on the number of players in each game and how many cards have been purchased. Our Jackpots are continuously increasing as more players find out about us and become regulars. Currently, the average pots can range from $40 - $150 for regular games. Our hourly $1,000 Jackpot game regularly pays out big winners as well. The CyberBingo Network offers the highest weekly cash prizes on the web. No other Bingo hall consistently pays out to its players like The CyberBingo Network does. Remember, tell all of your friends about The CyberBingo Network and together we will create increasingly larger prizes. We ask that if you have any ideas or requests, that you e-mail us with your suggestions. We guarantee that every e-mail you send will be personally answered.

12. Tell me more about your $1,000 Jackpot Game that runs every hour?

The "Cover All" or "Blackout" game is a special $1000 jackpot game that decrements in value after the 50th call. Players can win the "Cover All" Game by being the first player to mark all of the numbers on a card (Rows #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5 under all the letters B, I, N, G and O respectively) within the prescribed number of calls outlined in the chart below.

50 calls or less - $1000
51 calls - $750
52 calls - $500
53 calls - $400
54 calls - $350
55 calls - $300
56 calls - $250
57 calls - $200
58 calls - $150
59 calls - $100
60 calls - $50
61 calls or more - $25

The prize remains at $25 (consolation prize) after the 61st call until someone gets a Bingo.

13. What happens if there is more than one winner in a game?

In the event that there is more than one winner in a game, the Bingo server will split the winning jackpot equally between the number of winners and credit the winning amount to each player's account. This will be updated in real time on the player's game screen so that they can confirm that their winnings have been credited.

14. Do I have to pay tax on my winnings?

The CyberBingo Network is under no authority to report any amount that any player should win. As such, The CyberBingo Network recommends that you consult with either an accountant or your local tax office to confirm the tax position on your win.

15. How long does a game last?

Each game is different based on the pattern that is being played. We try to design the schedule to facilitate a mixture of short (under 5 minutes), medium (5 - 8 minutes) and long (up to 15 minutes). Our $1,000 Jackpot game usually takes 15 minutes to play and runs at the top of each hour. This scheduling is done to provide a variety of patterns and accommodates all different types of player needs.

16. How do I stay in the program from game to game without logging in again?

Once you have launched the software and begin playing, the only time you will be asked to log back on is if you miss a game (i.e. - don't buy any cards). At this point, you will be prompted to login again. If you set this area up to remember your Player ID and password, you will only need to click on enter button. If you have not done this ahead of time, the system will ask you to re-enter this information. Please note that, after logging in, you will always remain connected to the Chat area even if you decide to sit out for a few games.

17. How do I know the game is not fixed?

All of our software has been third party audited to confirm that the game is fair and true. All of our cards and Bingo calls come from a true random number generator, which has been independently audited.

18. How do I know that my credit card number and other information is secure?

The CyberBingo Network uses third party bank software to process its transactions on credit cards and, as such, your credit card number goes directly to the bank for authorization. We have no way of accessing this software. It has been independently audited by the bank to prove its security. The CyberBingo Network uses a non US bank that is able to use the latest encryption methods to protect your credit card number from hackers to ensure maximum security at all times.

We use the SSL Protocol to provide privacy and reliability between two communicating applications. SSL uses 128 bit encryption, which ensures server and client authentication. This is done through encrypted algorithms and cryptographic keys.

What all this means is that before any data is sent from you, the client, to the server, or vice versa, the data is encrypted before it is transmitted. This will make it impossible for anyone to break this code and gain any confidential information.

19. When I login, can I remain anonymous?

When you register with The CyberBingo Network, we ask you for your correct name and address. We also ask that you choose your own Player Alias. This can be anything you wish. Your Player Alias is the only identification that any other player will see. When you win a game, it is broadcast to all players who are logged on. We encourage all players to be creative in choosing a unique Alias. Be aware, however, that an alias can only be selected once -- it is not possible to change your alias after you have selected it.

20. Will my player information remain confidential?

The CyberBingo Network will never sell its Player's list to other parties. We value your support and strive to consistently improve our game. The CyberBingo Network has a very stringent privacy policy. We feel privileged that you have joined The CyberBingo Network and, as such, the information you supply us with is treated as strictly confidential.

21. If my connection fails, do I get kicked out of the game?

This particular point was considered at length during the design of the software. The decision was made to have our database track every individually randomly generated Bingo card. If your connection fails or, through your own action, you log out during a game, you will still be credited with a win if your card is a winning one! This same principle will allow you to buy Bingo cards in advance, using our advance purchase service which will debut in April.

22. How old do I have to be to play The CyberBingo Network?

It depends on which country you are in when you log on and pay to play. The majority of countries around the world allow people 18 or above to play Bingo for money. Some countries or states only allow people 21 or above to play. The CyberBingo Network discourages any minor from playing any of its games and will always attempt to prevent minors from doing so. As much as we disagree with lawmakers around the world who are attempting to prohibit gaming on the Internet, we abide by such regulations and actively discourage players from playing our game in any country or state where it is illegal to participate in Internet gaming.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Please be aware that only those individuals over 18 are allowed to play for real money at The CyberBingo Network. In addition, if you are playing for real money, also be aware that authorities in some jurisdictions do not currently permit gambling over the Internet. Before playing, you should appraise yourself of which laws are applicable to you and act in accordance with those laws. You should verify that you are in compliance with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before registering. US citizens: please note that the courts in the states of Missouri and Minnesota have interpreted on-line gambling to be unlawful. We reserve the right to discontinue anyone found to be violating the law.
